We are a small company, and we like it this way! Being small allows us to be more personable with all our customers, but it doesn’t prevent us from being more than competitive with our prices. We are passionate about high-quality work, including customer service, which involves providing information and explanation to our customers.
We Provide Face-to-Face Service Directly From the Auto Electrician

We endeavour to include customers in the repairs. When customers arrive, they speak to an auto electrician, and upon leaving, they have a rundown from the workshop directly. This way customers can ask any simple or technical questions, and the auto electrician can answer them. Having a customer understand what happened to their car and why builds a trusting relationship between both parties.
Our Team Members
Brad
Owner, manager and head auto electrician, Brad established Watt Works Auto Electrics and has built the business from the ground up. His passion and knowledge of 25 years working as an auto electrician means Brad is almost a veteran (aka “legend”) in the field. Brad works hands-on every day in the workshop, striving to keep Watt Works Auto Electrics in high regard and at the head of the trade.
Jay
Jay is a fully qualified auto electrician. Jay started with Brad as a Year 10 work experience student and over the years that followed, he worked with Brad during school holidays. He proved to be a good and enthusiastic leaner with a natural interest in mechanics. Brad then offered him an apprenticeship. Jay has been fully trained under Brad and therefore has the Watt Works work ethic. Jay studied his auto electrical courses at the Kangan Institute in Melbourne which has world-class training facilities.
Robyn
Office manager Robyn joined Brad when he moved Watt Works to the current workshop in Chickerell Street back in 2012. You’ll most likely talk to Robyn when you ring or call into the office. She worked in the printing industry in her life before Watt Works but had experience in office procedures and a passion for customer service. Robyn works as a casual, but you’ll find her behind the desk most weekdays.
